The Board of Directors are responsible for oversight and approval of all church financial operations, as well as the operations & maintenance of the physical plant.

The Financial Officer is responsible for church financial operations, to include maintaining a General Fund and Building Fund bank account. In addition he or she has oversight over ministry bank accounts, and provides monthly reports to Board of Directors.

The Administrative Assistant prepares meeting agendas, records meeting minutes, processes requests for Board of Directors approval, and any other administrative duties to assist both the Pastor and the Board.

A financial meeting and a board meeting are held every 3rd Sunday of each month, following morning worship service. Both meetings are open to church members. To present anything to be considered by the board, a "Request for Agenda" must be submitted to the Administrative Assistant by Thursday, prior to meeting date.
